Section A / Capabilities

Seven screens. Seven jobs off your list.

Each capability, what it saves you, and where it sits in the week.

F.01 · Calendar

Drag a post. It moves everywhere.

One draft, six networks. Move it to a new day and every scheduled copy follows. Open slots show up as dashed boxes, so gaps are obvious.

// workflow Monday: fill the week. Midweek: drag what slips.

F.02 · Shared inbox

Every reply has an owner.

Comments, mentions and DMs from every profile land in one queue. Select a batch, assign it, mark it resolved. Anyone can see who already answered.

  • ShortcutE resolves

F.03 · Best time to post

Post when they are awake.

Thirty days of audience activity, per network, as a weekday-by-hour heatmap. The strongest slot is marked. Take it or override it.

  • Lookback30 days
  • GrainNetwork × weekday × hour
  • ControlSuggest, never force

// workflow Before you schedule: glance, click, done.

F.04 · Approvals

Sign-off sits on the draft.

Reviewers comment on the post itself. Approvals stack in order. Nothing publishes until the last name is checked, and the thread never leaves the draft.

F.05 · Conversation analytics

Rank posts by replies, not reach.

The chart shows engagements per day. The table ranks every post by the conversations it started. Export the lot as a client-ready PDF or CSV.

F.06 · Saved replies + ⌘K

Answer the usual in two keystrokes.

Save the replies you type every week. Press ⌘K, type a few letters, hit return. Jump to any post, person or conversation the same way.

F.07 · Queue rules

Set the rhythm once. Let the queue fill itself.

Define weekly slots per network. New drafts drop into the next open slot. Evergreen posts recycle on a schedule you control. Pause any rule in one click.

Section B / Security

Who can touch what. Written down.

Social accounts are the front door to your brand. Wrenchat treats them that way.

  • SEC.01

    Role-based permissions

Admin, editor, reviewer, viewer. Reviewers can approve a draft without being able to publish it.

  • SEC.02

    Sign-in controls

Two-step verification for every member. Single sign-on on the Migration plan.

  • SEC.03

    Token-only connections

Profiles connect through each network's own authorization. Wrenchat never asks for or stores a network password.

  • SEC.04

    Activity log

Every publish, approval, reassignment and permission change is logged with who, what and when.

  • SEC.05

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Drafts, media and inbox history are encrypted. Disconnect a profile and its tokens are revoked.

Section C / Connectors

Eight connectors. One click each.

Send the conversation to the tool where it gets resolved.

ZendeskTurn a comment or DM into a support ticket, with the thread attached.Inbox → ticket
HubSpotLog a reply against the contact when a lead writes in.Inbox → contact
IntercomHand a DM to the team that already answers chat.Inbox → conversation

Section D / Reliability

If a post fails, you hear first.

Wrenchat retries a failed publish, then flags it in the queue and notifies the owner. Network outages show up on the post, not as a silent gap in your week.

Your last sync time sits in the corner of every screen. If it is stale, you will see it.
